Probably Buddhism, although many contend that Buddhism is more a way of life than a religion in the strict sense of the term. This is one of the reasons why Thailand is perhaps the most tolerant country towards homosexuals.
However, many denominations within Protestantism actually provide biblical and theological grounds for an understanding of sexual orientation and diversity, not to count pastoral care and counseling that are aimed at homosexuales and transgenders.

The more liberal movements of Judaism are, at least in theory, completely accepting of LGBT equality including marriage ceremonies and ordination of queer Rabbis. The Reform movement has had this policy for many years, the Conservatives just voted it in this year and are looking for ways to impliment it.
Of course people are people and some are more bigoted than others.

Many religions will support homosexuals as long as they aren't 'practicing' homosexuality. That's not the same as supporting them, but they don't necessarily condemn them either.
There ARE however, gay and lesbian churches who worship as anyone else, but they just don't buy the whole 'damned to hell if you're gay' thing.

The United Church of Christ supports gays. It's a type Christian church if you're unfamiliar with it. They even did commercials that showed how they are happy to take in all types of believers.

No legitimate one.You can find some that choose to ignore the scriptures that clearly say homosexuality is wrong. It cannot be disputed..it's right there if you read it.
