The best thing to do is just bring it to the P.O. and they'll weigh it and
tell you the right postage.

weight and where its going. if its going out of the country it will be more. call your local post office and they can tell you exactly how many stamps you'll need.

I thought it was weight or destination (outside the continental US) or class of mail (check out book rate!)
