I was going to phone them to find out why I receive messages, can see the sender, all messages a blank for the past week.
408/349-1572. Got an email from one of the IT guys, did what was suggested, did NOT do anything.

Look at the bottom of the page where it says CONTACT US, You should be able to get some answers there. Good Luck! The interenet is the most complicated in that area. (I think they designed it that way)
