He isn't running because he has already served 2 terms & can't run again. Hillary is running because she wants to be president in the worst way. If she wins she WILL be president in the worst way.
Nobody thinks Clinton caused 9/11, only that he was negligent for 8 years while al Qaida gained strength.

Mr. Clinton didn't cause anything, Mr.Bush didn't either. Hind sight is 20/20. What we have is a radical ideology-- radical Islam that wants Americans dead. We can all woulda, shoulda. coulda all day long. It happened. We need to remember and learn from it. If we don't we will suffer the same fate again or worse..........
