how to retrieve mails which has been deleted from delete box.?

i accidentaly deleted my mail from deleted box permanently,but now i want to know is it possible to retrieve them.

Permanently gone - It has been wiped from the system or Web server history.
It can not be re - traced.

Sorry but there is no way to get the mail back.

If it's Web Based Email such as Yahoo, NO....
If it's hard drive based such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Possible with Un-Delete Application

Nope. Once you've deleted them from the deleted box that's it.
