which game system should i get?

I'm not going to give you a fanboy answer. But you should get the console that goes more with your taste in games, the one that you feel you connect the most with. In this generation of consoles most of the games are going to be multi-platform. So a system is going to be defined by its exclusives.

Personally, I will like to get an Xbox360 when the price goes down because of Halo 3, and because I own a lot of Xbox titles from the previous console. During the last generation I owned an Xbox because Halo converted me since the first time I saw the trailer back in 2000. When I saw the beautiful graphics, and heard the monks singing, I said to myself "I have to play that game." If you have seen a game that makes you feel like that, then you should get the console where that game is going to be released.

Here is another thing I can tell you, just because you buy a certain console today doesn't mean you will never be able to play the games that interest you for another console. For example, even though I skipped the PS2 when it was released I recently got one so I could play all the great games that I missed over the last six years. By doing this I enjoyed my Xbox games while the prices for both the PS2 and its games went down. And I'm glad I did it that way, now I can enjoy all those games for $20 or less.

If you want a console with good graphics you should buy the PS3 but if you want a cheaper console buy the Xbox 360. If you want a more fun style of gaming and an innovative console buy the Wii.

PS3 = $600
Xbox 360 = $400
Wii = $250

if the systems for you, and you like shooter games XBOX360, PS3, is sitting on shelves, so it speaks for itself. If this is a system wanted for the entire family, kids of all ages, the WII.
If you can afford both systems, do both.
Personally, I love the 360. I have Rainbow six, and games like that. I also have 2 origional xbox's for my boys, and I cant find a WII anywhere, but soon we'll have one for family fun.

i will get 360 because ps3's freeze all the time i have one and i am going to sell it for 100 dollars it sucks i let my friend borrow it and he said it waz awesome but i think the suck and the wii is awesome i might even trade my ps3 for a wii. but xbox 360 is the best

Don't know many people who say they enjoy their PS3, but I hear all this crap about people loving their 360's. I wouldn't blame them, as the online community provides endless fun. The Wii is fine for nintendo fanboys, but if you're not into it, then don't get it.
