how do i get rid of the websites in the address thing bugging the hell out of me?

Follow this:

↓ Internet properties
↓ General Tab
↓ Browsing history
↓ Delete History
↓ Delete Forms

To get to Internet properties:

↓ Control Panel

or

↓ Right - Hand click your Internet browsing icon and select properties

(1) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one .
(2) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .
(3) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
4) Install and use firefox while browsing instead of internet explorer
