why do rich liberals and all of Hollywood scold us for driving SUV's and destroying the environment?

and then they tote around in private jets (that burn the same amount of fossil fuel in one N.Y. to L.A. trip than and h2 uses driving 12000 miles) and use more fossil feuls to power their 6 homes. better yet, why do some of you buy into this BS?

Well the first problem is you actually listen to self absorbed, bone heads, second there really aren't that many of them as opposed to the hundreds of millions of everybody else. The thing is we
absolutely need to get off the oil addiction ( regardless of what anybody in Hollywood / Washington or anywhere else says ), so why don't we (as a country) concentrate on doing that, and utterly ignore what anybody say about it, for or against.

I get 26 mpg city in my V6 light truck. You on the other hand support terrorist with your SUV gas hog. Your SUV also produces more green house gases than my light truck. I also burn 10 percent ethanol from corn in my truck. I do my part for America, you pass the buck. But as long as I don't pay for your waste who cares what you drive? Get a Abrams tank if ya want. BTW, Cheneys duck hunting trip to Texas cost tax payers $250,000. One way.

Actually, alot of those Hollywood liberals have put their money where their mouth is. They drive hybrids from Toyota or all electric cars. Alot of them have all solar housing as well. Watch the documentary "Who Killed the Electic Car". It's very informative all the way around. You can Netflick it. BTW, It's better not to watch the glitterati on television. We the people can lead the way much better than they can anyway. It's the hype around hollywood that is the problem. The media gets paid to hype the vapidity of hollywood. It's a different issue than global warming and taking resposibility for it. Most stars don't have their own jets, BTW. Just the Scientology idiots like John Travolta and Tom Cruise.

I found a nasty note on my SUV once when I was at the mall. I was visiting from another town. Some people don't realize that owning one maybe necessary where they live. I have to cross over two creeks, Honey, to get to my house.

I don't buy into it at all! I still drive my brand new SUV and enjoy the hell out of it! There's no way that I'm going to let them influence the way I live my life! I realize that they are destroying far more than I ever could! Until they are willing to make a change, they have no room to tell me to!
