My girlfriend's ex-boyfriend is calling her every now and then. He only calls when im at work but he never calls when she knows that I have the day off. Is there something going on here that I should know about?? And if there is... what should I do about it?

Well, if you've got questions and concerns, then it's going to eat at you (like it is right now) until you get it out into the open. I know you don't look forward to broaching the subject, but if your GF cares about you, she'll want to reassure you that nothing is going on.
If it were my, and my BF was talking to his ex on the phone in the circumstances you've described, I would be very concerned, too.....and I would HAVE to talk to him about it, whether the outcome was good or bad. Keeping stuff like that inside isn't healthy for a relationship.....

Well Rolando, it depends on how long she was with him. Do they have kids? Unless they are sharing information about a kid or school, then there is no reason he should be calling her at all. The fact that he calls only when you are not there tells me that she is having alot of talks with him over the phone. She either doesn't want you to worry about nothing, or she is trying to hide something more from you. I would ask her about it. She will probably lie to you however you can always tell the truth by looking them in the eye.

Yeah you definitely need to ask her about it. If she is trying to keep it from you then something is probably going on, or at least getting ready to. But I know that i've had ex boyfriends call me when I haven't heard from them for years, just out of the blue for no reason. She may be telling him to get a life. But I'd definitely at least ask her about it.

there is obviously something going on, why don't you let her know that she needs to respect you and stop talking to him. And if she keeps on that she can stay with him because u wont take that ****. she needs to stop acting immature and be a good gf. let her know how to respect you. if not she will cheat on you and step all over you. good luck

Talk to your girlfriend about it and if her answers don't add up, search deeper for the answer to your quandary.

yeah I would be. Your gf might still lik eher ex. and might have told him what days you work. and whatnot.

Ask her....don't jump to conclusions. he might be nervous that you'll get upset, and maybe that's why he calls when you're not there.
