I've lived and worked in Kuwait as a DoD Contractor for almost 4 years now. The price of gas over here has stayed at 60 fils a litre sine I've been here. Thats about 80 to 83 cents a gallon depending on the exchange rate (between $3 and $3.5 to 1 Kuwaiti Dinar).

I live in UK and when I visit the USA I am amazed how little you pay for Gas (petrol) compared to us in Europe. Like you the price is always changing. But is always about 3 times as much as yours.
