How do people live in places where the weather gets below 32 degree F every year?

Sure the cold sucks, but you get used to it and it's not like we're out in the cold all day, we do go into places with heat. Just dress warm when outside and you'll be okay.

There can definitely be snowfall when it's below 32 degrees F - in France or in any other country. Even though 32 degrees F is the freezing point, it can also snow when the temperature is slightly above it, perhaps up to 30 degrees F.

We heat our houses with oil, propane or wood. If we go outside we dress in very warm clothing and winter boots. Our cars have plug in heaters to keep the engine warm. Right now it is -35 degrees Celsius.

Besides, when I want to go to the beach I get in a plane and go there. When I want to ski I drive a few hours and do it. What better than actual seasons?

I have no idea. I dont believe my self even living in the cold for 18 years and later after moving to Florida, i look back and tell my self, how did you live up north, why not the south (Florida)?

hi sure we get weather that cold every year in Canada. for at least one or two nights, it'll dip below -40.
just dress warmly,...and we do have heaters up here.
