Are you referring to an enema or a high fiber supplement like Psyllium husks??

Psyllium is most likely safe if used as recommended but if you are worried wait until the second trimester. I used to use an Indian colon cleanser called Triphlax and was reccommended that I don't use it during the first trimester just to be safe because so much important initial development is happening at that time.
Once you're into the second trimester you could use Senokot pills, or Triphlax or psyllium mixed in juice or water. Imake smoothies every morning with extra calcium, protien, wheat germ and psyllium. I did it for my first preg. and it gave me the extra energy and regularity I needed to be comfortable the whole pregnancy.
good luck.

This is a doctor only question you should be brining up with them the next visit. Not only does your body go through so many changes, there's plenty of things, plenty of things you shouldn't be doing or risking to do at this point.
Ask your doctor about it, but I think the answer would be no.

Well,I don't see any reason to do that, ever, but if it's important to you ask your doctor.I'm 2 months pregnant too,and would never do something like that. Not worth taking a chance.

When your pregnant it's best to let some things go. Why take any chances? Let your butt go be free.
