Cold blooded is like reptiles and things like that. Many animals are cold blooded. It means that their organs do not heat their blood. Humans, however, are ALL warm blooded. The reason your feet and hands get cold, is because unlike the rest of your body, they don't have many organs working inside of them to warm them up. Also, they are far away from the heart (feet especially). The blood is warm in the heart, then makes its way around the body, heating the body, but also losing heat as it goes. By the time it gets to your feet and hands, it has already lost a considerable amount of it's heat. It is common, especially for people with smaller/weaker hearts(nothing to be worried about, your doctor would have known a long time ago if this would cause issues), because the blood doesn't circulate as fast, or longer arms and legs, because again, the blood has a longer way to travel.

Hope this helps!

Because it's winter and your extremities do not have adequate blood flow to keep them warm, you can keep your hands warm by moving them around more but your feet will always be suffering from that.. Just like every other human. It's a human flaw and it's perfectly normal.

Your blood pressure is low - that's why! But don't worry I've heard that people who have cold feet are better lovers:))))))))))
