Road Runner is a ISP, Not the Internet, and as far as fastest - "The One that beats the Rest"...

There is only one Internet first of all but many Internet Service Providers. I have Comcast Cable running at 100.0 Kbs, its like instant access and always on. I never heard of road runner, is it DSL, Cable, Ethernet or Dial up?

Fiber optics internet access is the fastest, as far as i know. Very few areas have fiber ran to them, and you have to have it in your household as well. It is pointless to have it ran to the box outside your house, and then run by reg phone line into the house and to your computer.
