If a new president can't take office during wartime what area of the law would this be found.
If wartime won't delay the transfer of power of the presidential office what area of the law would prove this.

If any President ever tries to delay the transfer of power because of war, there will be riots.

Especially if it's Bush, and the War on Terror.

I'd be out in the streets, rioting, and I'm not even a violent person.

Plus, I don't think it's legally possible.
