You can take your car to a Mercedes authorized shop as Jiffy Lube would be a huge mistake. Another shop will run about the same, ask around for the most qualified in your area. Mercedes dealerships know their clientele will pay through the nose just to drive a Mercedes. Good Luck

I wouldn't go near a Jiffy Lube with my Mercedes. Even if you bring your own filter, which you would have to, their kids would have no idea that they have to change the o-rings with every oil change. They'll fill you up with the wrong oil (you MUST use Mobil 1 0W40 with new Mercs, or your warranty is void). They'll remove the underpan looking for the drain plug (your car needs to have the old oil pumped out the dipstick tube). Finally, they'll put in too little oil...your engine takes 8-10 quarts, they'll figure it's like everything else and start with 4. If you're lucky, they'll work up to the right level. More likely, they'll stop after 6, worried about overfilling.
It's really not a big deal to do it right, but no Jiffy Lube on the planet could manage it. Considering the change interval is 10,000 miles, $139 may be ok for peace of mind.

Find an independent shop to do your mercedes. One that specializes in Mercedes (or at least in German cars).
Jiffy Lube is a general service shop. They're not used to working on higher end cars. The people they hire won't be that careful more often than not. Also, they've been busted recently in CA (likely all over the US) for scamming customers. Charging for work that's never done.
An independent shop will know how to work on a Merc. I'm assuming you have a newer Merc? It needs synthetic oil (likely Mobile 1), so you're looking at about $40-50 in parts alone.

Yes they will. But I would recomend if the car is new, take it to the dealers, until its off warranty at least. Some dealerships will void warranties if the service is not done at thier location.
