An employee added my name to a company,s account, but stated he only had the bill sent to my attention, but when I received the bill it was C/O.

It means in care of. like if he was living with you he gets the bill in care of you. You are not responsible

C/O just means that you are the person the bill is addressed to. if you think its a mistake and its a company expense just talk to your boss, you shouldnt be responsible for paying it out of your pocket.
