If it was just me going to see a movie, would say comedy. I would rather laugh than be scared.
If I was going on a date, I would not mind seeing a romantic movie.... It is kinda nice to be able to cuddle in the theater while watching a romantic movie.

comedy - nothing beats a good laugh, and romantic and horror flicks are always so predictable!

I like romantic comedies. Too much romance is syrupy sweet so it's good to laugh.
