i imagine colleges will be open. they ought to have a sturdy era of time to get issues wiped clean up immediately. perhaps a 2-hour put off to let for rush hour site visitors to sparkling up.... no longer particular. Sorry.

By the looks of it I would say no. But since this storm is quite out just yet and there is another one for friday I am sure the break wont be long.
