On millsberry i got 100 percent classes complete and took a pic of sylvie for the dojo but it still dont let me go to the next belt?

When you look at the dojo there are 3 things you need to check
1. That your classes are at 100% (which I know you said they are)
2. That your task is listed as complete
3. That your health, intelligence, etc. are all in a qualified state. In the box that shows you the % of your classes and your task status it will show 4 small squares that represent health, intelligence, athletics and civics. Those squares must all be green for you to pass on to your next belt.
If all those things hold true then you should be able to click on the Sensei (red haired woman with two pigtails) and she should give you your next belt.

Who cares!!!! Most of these people are not going to know what your talking about. Your propple the only one that gose on here and Millsberry!!!!
