I saw the eposide last night and Eric got shot twice and bled out bad...Is he leaving th show or is it just a teaser to get you to watch the next show? I saw on the previews they were rushing him to the hospital so he must not be dead???

well, sometimes things are not what they seem...personally I think it is a MAJOR market teaser...you notice it says on the website he is pronounced dead but horatio would not give up so he sent him to the hospital...hmmm...Unless someone gives me a site that he says he's leaving to persue other things I think there is still hope ha!

Yes, according to the CSI offical website. It reads: In Part-Two of this episode, a member of the CSI team is pronounced dead.
So it does say he is pronounced dead. But maybe there is a miracle. I dont know,... I dont want him to leave!!!! He's too good. Arrrrrrrr

He's gone. Saw it coming weeks ago with all the troubles he's been through and his sister and all. The CSI home page say's a team member is pronounced dead - gotta be Eric with a shot to the leg and the HEAD.
