I have made it my main purpose in life to make the world a little better place by helping others whenever I can.
I am a huge believer in doing random acts of kindness. The way I see it, if somebody can benefit from something I can give them, or do for them, it would not be right not to help out.
The way I see things.... You get what you give in this world. If more people would just start giving a damn about their fellow man/woman it would be such a better place to live.
Actually, I know what it is like to be disabled. I was in a terrible car accident a while ago. I was so severely injured, I was not expected to live. It took me a while before I was able to walk or use my hands. After many months of intense therapy, and many help full acts of others, I am just about back to 100 percent. I can walk again, and I have regained full use of my hands, so I know what it is like, to live life from both sides of the story.
After going through that, I don't think I could ever turn a blind eye towards anybody in need.

One has to look on the excuses that someone is homeless. there are quite a number of opportunities for take care of, nutrition, and help with interest placement for the homeless. So lack of concepts is purely not the in hardship-free words element preserving people homeless. maximum those who're homeless wade through from psychological ailment and/or substance dependancy. both one among which will be extremely torturous. yet convinced, there are a range of different those who flow by skill of suffering.

My family took in a girl that had no place to live during the summer. Or so she said. That ended up being a big mistake. She stole items from our house, and stole my debit card. She even ended up stealing from my brother, whom she was supposed to be friends with. I still think it is a good idea to help the homeless and less fortunate through charities and shelters, but be careful who you invite into your home. You may regret your decision.

Yes and everyday I try those random acts of kindness. I work in a hospital and interact with them daily.I live pretty much at the poverty level myself, but I do what I can.
