Best NHL Player???

Alright, I know this is going to spawn a slew of responces, out of the PROVIDED players, who do you guys believe is the better? Just the following, I don't wanna hear, "what about____?"

Peter Forsberg -Philadelphia
Dany Heatley-Ottawa
Nick Lindstrom-Detroit
Sidney Crosby-Pitsburg
Joe Sakic-Colarado
Brenden Shannahan-New York

Its between those six, this is not for the BEST player in the NHL all together, just for the best out of this six, so please respond accordingly!!! Thanks for participateing in my littile poll here!!!

I'm going to go with Lindstrom as well. The guy will go down as one of the greatest defensive players in the game once he hangs up the skates. He has quietly been the anchor on defense for one of the most storied franchises in NHL history. Bobby Orr set the standard but Lindstrom has redefined the art of the defenseman. He's good because he makes others around him good. He made Chelois look like he had found the fountain of youth and played well with Hatcher and Juri Fischer.
He won three Norris trophies in a row and now has four to go along with three Cups and a Conn Smythe. Take nothing away from the others on the list, they will all be Hall-Of-Famers one day, but if I was looking to build a team, I'm going to start with the defense. The old saying applies in hockey too "Offense wins games, defense wins championships."

Out of that list i'd have to pick Joe Sakic. The man is a great leader who has led the Avs to multiple Stanley Cups and continues to rack up the points and move up the all-time scoring list. Sidney has potential to become the greatest all-time, but based on past stats and overall statistics Sakic is the man because of his leadership and experience. Give Sidney a few more years in the league and time to mature and i'm sure that pittsburg is gonna have a beast wearing number 87.
