Nah....he won't die. But....
If the last show is any indication, where he says that he understands that (Spoiler)
.....
.....
.....
.....
he mimics other people's powers by *remembering* the person he was exposed to, then really, there is only *one* permanent solution to the whole "bomb crisis" thing.
Because in the "vision" Peter had, the invisible guy who was training him was laughing at him....like he had *given up on Peter too* just like he does with everyone.
It's the Haitian. The Haitian guy has to wipe Peter's memory clean of *anyone* ever having any cool powers. This way, if Peter can't remember, he can't mimic, can't overload, and cannot blow up.
It's sad is what it is....of all the people who can save him, and it turns out to be the most morally gray character on the show. Bleh. =P
Why? Because the original nuclear guy is out west and learning to control his ability so he can *take out* Mr. Bennett (Claire's adoptive dad).
Of course I could be wrong....but it wouldn't surprise me. So far we've only had one character die (though another might end up dying next week) aside from a Sylar victim. And, having Peter either die or just have *his dreams die* would be right up the show's alley in terms of setting the somber, serious tone of it for a new season or story.
Just my two cents. Are you on the List? ^_^

I think people will figure out he has to die in order to save new york. hes a ticking nuclear bomb and i don't think the invisible man can help him with that. he doesn't know what hes doing! maybe peter will have to die a different way than explode into a million pieces, even before he does that.
I love peter though hes so cool!!!

I don't think Peter will die...I mean if NYC blew up then whats left for the show?? His visions show all the cast members running away from him...so that means if he blows up, then they all die too, except maybe for Claire. Besides, I don't want Peter to die...he seems like he's the one connected to the most people so far, and if they cut him out, then thats a big link thats lost.

Sylar is a watch name and claire's dad has sylar in his possession, i think he's working with mr. linderman who's the core of the series and we will be twisted and shocked to find out who's mr linderman. because mr. linderman name is mentioned in almost every super power person in the series by far.. except the invisible man as far as i remember. hope this helps

Well in the new episodes they mentioned something about him being in a comma so maybe he is battling it out in his head. I think he will try all he can because he is the main one set on saving the world. He seems to be the pull behind all of it.

No, I don't think so. He is a big part of the show.
I thought it was funny when he was going to catch on fire and the invisible guy slapped some sense into him. I was pleasantly surprised.

Nope. I think the invisible guy will keep him inline, and teach him how to control his powers.

I love heroes.
Nope. I think the invisible guy will keep him in-line, and teach him how to control his powers.
That is why my nickname is Sylar.
