I love travel. I love airports. It's all very exciting. You'll have a great trip. Request a window seat early if you think you'll want to look out at the landscape below. The view of our earth amazes me every time I fly. Up there with the clouds life is good. Have a great trip!

If you're over 21, tiny booze is the way to go. I am terrified of air flight and this is the only time I support getting slightly buzzed for the sake of peace. Not drunk - just calm.
Alternatively, and possibly more expensive, ask your doctor for a gentle sedative and see if you can snooze through it. DO NOT MIX THESE TWO SUGGESTIONS TOGETHER.
Seriously, however, it will be fine. It will be scary, but it'll be fine.

Don't be. Statistics show that the most dangerous leg of any flight is the car trip from your front door to the airport.
Take it as a learning experience. Learn as much as you can about how to operate the seat, how to recline it to a comfortable level, how to operate the in-flight entertainment system (if any), trying to work out what's the food they're feeding you

yes u feel uneasy n a bit scared,try to sleep on it w'd be better or watching the tv there 4 passing time.

I take Benadryl. There' s no better way then to sleep through it.
