You know if you are not a member, can you still go to level 140 or what not? Is there a certain level that you can get to only if you are not a member ? thank you :]

Yeah you can reach that level but it'll be harder for nonmembers since member have quest rewards and different monsters to level up on. The highest you can get on runescape is level 126.

Ya you can still get to level 126, but there aren't many high level f2p monsters so it will take a while.

highest lvl for a non member is 99...
