It's less likely that I'll be judged here than anywhere else, so I hang around here. Kinda funny coz I'm straight, but less people in this section are judgmental.

I like this section because I’m gay and it’s always interesting to hear what others have to say (well most of the time) lol.

The vast amount of misinformation that's out there makes me want to weep. I do my best to banish the ignorance. I feel like it's my obligation, because only education will lead to improvement of the circumstances I dispise.

I like sharing my knowledge, since there are a lot of myths, stereotypes, and general misinformation about GLBT issues by the general public. I like to help people, and I feel like I have a lot of knowledge to share in this arena.
Plus the people are so sweet and fun and I feel like it's a real community.

I come to this section because I am bi and I love helping people out; the more I discuss it also helps me with becoming mroe comfortable with myself.

I come to support all of the people that are GLBT and let them know that all heterosexuals are not like the dumb brain washed hicks that non-GBLT seem to be.
I also hope to one day see people not judged and I am constantly let down.
I guess it boils down to hope and reality in one sitting.

I like the questions on trans issues.
I don't like having to explain intersex v. hermaphrodite and transgender v. transsexual v. transvestite EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
