When you go into your Cookies files on your computer and click on one of them, all you see is a bunch of numbers and maybe a word or two. How can you convert these files into a readable form?

they are meant to be in code form for websites to keep track of you or store information. so unless you are trying to steal info, there's really no need to read cookies. most big websites don't store important data in cookies anyways.
