I think you need to ask yourself why you are considering that. Whatever your unstated preferences are, you obviously feel some kind of shame or insecurity about them. So ask yourself where that feeling is coming from. Is it something that other people are putting on you? (eg you think you might be gay but are worried your family won't approve) Or is it because you are having feelings you genuinely don't want or think are unhealthy? (eg you have an overwhelming sexual attraction to your lawnmower)
If it's the first kind of insecurity, then no you shouldn't ignore your feelings. Don't worry about other people's opinions. You are the one who has to live your life, not them, so don't compromise yourself for their sake.
If it's the second, then that is a more difficult situation and you should talk to a professional counsellor. We are able to exercise control over our thoughts and feelings, but we need to actively do that, not just ignore things and hope they go away.

Depends on what they are! Don't break the law even if the boy is under 18 just because the USA is a backward country, in Europe its 16. If your preference is for children get help before you becomer a burden to yourself and society! Everone has a right to happiness, don't listen to pressures from a narrow-cast society and be content in your choices! It's your life, enjoy it.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Never settle for something less than what you want. You will never be happy unless you go for what you want. Your sexual preference is your business and you have a right to choose that.

No. If you do, you will not enjoy sex as much as you can. You will always feel like you should be doing something else.
So you can accept what you are or what you wanna do and enjoy life or try to hide it and have a conflict all of the time.

To quote Margaret Cho -
"Your sexuality is who you are. It is the essence of us. It is the you of you - the me of me."
So good luck - how do you ignore yourself?

Um...no. Listen to your heart. Make yourself happy. Do what you please. It's your life. And it's now or never. You ain't gonna' live forever. Do what makes you happy. It doesn't bother me. And if it bothers someone else, SCREW THEM! It's your life. No one can choose for you. It's not their life to live and it's not their choice to make.
