This country always gets involved with other countries and other peoples affairs but they seem to turn thir back on their own country. By this I am talking about sending them money and food so that they can survive.

I think if our country would take a look, a good look, at the problems we have here We could change things. I honestly believe that we will never be able to solve other countries problems until we can solve our own.

What do you think?

Most people in this country don't take the time to even find out that many are going to bed hungry. That children are living in war zones in this very country, drive by shootings and areas that even the police don't go into. Homeless are sleeping on the street and elderly are dying from not being able to get the medical care they should have. The only chance we have is to keep voting out incumbents until we actually get politicians that care about the people they are suppose to serve. We are taxed on everything and the money is wasted. 12 billion dollars has been sent to Iraq and is missing not to mention the corruption of this war in general.

Well in other countries there are people who are truly poor. Truly poor people in this country are pretty hard to find. Poor in this country means you wear walmart brand sneakers while your freinds where reboxx. Your freind has a cell phone and you don't.You drive a used Chevy when your friend drives a BMW. In other countries poor means that you don't have enough to eat. You have no idea where your next meal is coming from. That is why there are poor people in this country that only have a radio and not cable TV and over their they don't even no what a radio is.

I agree with you. People in Camden, New Jersey are living
without heat or enough to eat, Katrina victims are still
homeless & Philly seems to be out to kill each other.
It seems like no one is minding the country.

Alot of the time it is our fault that countries are poor. We loan them money they cant pay, we take their resources,(oil, diamonds) The poorest person in America doesn't have to eat the maggots off their bodies for the protein.
