Not intentionally, but given that human nature is constant, it stands to reason that we would do similar things over time. Let's see, I need another line...

Yes it does absolutely... my reasons are because I have studied history and it would take a book to explain all of the examples here.

I really think it does again and again... It seems as though the most effective strategies for many things (politics, wars etc) are repeated, as they work best.

Powerful leaders seem to emulate eachothers points, let's look at "Dubya".. (Read this!):
