Irrational, religious, and/or insane people who think that Satan is controlling the world.
Other than that, nobody. But having money, status, or government power seems to give some more control over their piece of the globe than others.

God is still in control, but He told us in the latter days knowledge would increase, violence would increase, homosexuality would increase, wickedness would increase, false prophets would increase, the waves would roar, the earthquakes would increase, the devil would shatter the power of the holy people which he is trying to do now. He told us of pestilence, wars and rumors of wars. Regardless of what Satan does, God will win in the end. What can be shook will be shook. The hearts of many will grow cold. How many cold hearts have you seen lately? Is not evil increasing?
The devil needs the greedy, the heartless, the evil, the wicked and the powerful by politics and money to do his evil deeds. We can't even get Washington to abolish abortion and they know it is wrong. Fifty years ago the devil came to America and he is winning here. God is being pushed aside and Satan and demons are being worshiped.
