I like some of it. People group Switchfoot in the "Christian Music" category, and I like them a lot. Some people call "Creed" 'religious' and I like them a lot too. I usually don't pay much attention to the lyrics though, just the drums and the Christian rock drummers suck really badly.

Well since you ask, I find it rather repulsive. I don't see it as being much more than unoriginal music with trite christian lyrics thrown on top. It's not like "Gospel music", which has a sound and style you can recognize even if you aren't given the lyrics. "Christian music" seems to be nothing more than a marketing scheme.

I avoid it at all costs - all of the commercials with them waiving their hands in the air and crying doesn't say much for the emotional state of the audience considering it is low-quality music as a general rule.

Couldnt get through my day without it!
I love DC Talk
Newsboys
Michael W Smith
Hillsong
Joy Williams
and that beautiful song 'I Can Only Imagine'. Not sure who sings it. But what a touching song.
It is good to be able to sing along with lyrics and MEAN them.

well there's a few good christian bands like Fair and Demonhunter, pooroldlou was good too. but now to of those bands r no more. but other than that i don't really care for it, unless i know the person like Brett Williams or the people in Heliocentric. then of course i like them but their not that popular.

I like Hymns and classical stuff, but Christian Rock makes me want to be sick.
It's so saccharine, and insincere.

It makes me want to kill myself just to get away from it. The music is awful and the message is brainwashing.
