Could be a truck driver or some other occupation that causes him to travel. If you are that concerned, ask the person who owns the property. It's good when neighbors watch out for each other.

go and smell it! lol, jk, same thing with neighbors down the road, i just saw a huge dumpster outside and people are coming and clearing out the house and notices are on the door and the 2 kids, still go to my school, turns out, they moved to town and abandon their old house, so i suggest, snoop around the investigation scene. good luck!!!
