What is the best way to get buyers on real state?

I need to know how fast and effective it can be to get those buyers.
Now that I asked my question I just want to let know that I have properties in Costa Rica really beautiful breathtaking views to the ocean Pacific white sand and much more. and the prices are very cheap for what an investor would look around for years.
