Yes. I live in the town with the world's highest murder rate. Not really something I'm proud of, and it always leaves you thinking.... Am I next?

Hmmm...I don't know about the town I currently live in, but the town I grew up in had a couple of claims to fame--there was a Feed the Children commercial filmed right outside town, a very famous (at the time) contemporary Christian singer's music video filmed in almost the exact same spot as the Feed the Children commercial, and the town where the drive-in theater scene in Twister supposedly took place.

almost, I live between two cities that have significance though. it takes half an hour each way on the freeway to each one, so I get benefits from both
