Network news and TV celeb hound programs inferre Smith has NOT willingly given any DNA sample for paternity testing--something the gigilo evidently grubbing for her $$$--feeling THAT confident he's daddy.
Howard K. Stern, Anna's tag along buddy/LAWYER (a-hemmm) now professes he's Smith's boyfriend (o-gasp!!) and he claims he's daddy. Who'd ever think you'd see grown men bicker publicly claiming parentage of a baby????
So the real tragedy is we have a cute lil critter baby I'd call Pearl, because she's in the direct center of a disgraceful whirlpool of human sleaze--all grubbing for a cut of the $$$$--which by the way may be legally cut cold n' dry by The Marshall Estate. So Howard K is up for one helluva fight.....and all the other $$$ grubbers are bulking up their legal armor as we speak.

No, I think she keeps trying to ignore it. It makes you wonder. If I knew that guy wasn't the father, I'd get a paternity test done in a second and get it over with. Sounds to me like she knows something that we don't???

No her lawyer has postponed it again. New on her though is that there is a lawsuit against trim spa and its spoke person which is her so when it rains i guess it really does pore

Not yet, but she is going to have to. And I think she should have to, I believe Larry Birkhead when he says he is the father.

I'm not sure, but don't you think it is wierd how the death of her son was just brushed to the wayside. I think his death should be further investigated. It's was a little too strange.

No she didn't allow it, she is going to get a court order for it asap and if she doesn't do it this time she is going to get arrested.

I doubt she will. I saw on ET that she doesn't want to give that guy any more power. Personally I think she's scared that it IS his.
