I went out with this guy for a little over 5 months. The last 2 months however i was away on vacation. i went to europe for 3 weeks, then came home for 3 days, before leaving again for australia for another 5 weeks. before i left for australia, he broke up with me because "his life needed changing" but he said that while i was away he would think about his decision and maybe we could get back together when i got back. i got over him, and when i got back told him that i no longer wanted a relationship. In september he went off to college 7 hours away from where i am now. he used to call me everyday about 6 or 7 times and text me and email me when i didnt answer. he would also call my house line all the time. i finally told him that there was no chance EVER (i was extremely harsh) of "us" again, but he still refuses to believe that. he still calls me everyday and now he talks to a few of my friends too... when he's home from college he goes to my school and waits by my car until i leave.

All you can do is tell him. But you should tell him to leave you alone and that he has ruined his chance for even a friendship because he is acting like a stoker. Tell him that you have a new life and he should to. He will find someone but he needs to drop you first. If he continues tell the police and get a restraining order.

Tomorrow morning, go immediately to the local police department nearest you and file a complaint for stalking against this guy. When the officers take your complaint let them know that you fear this guy is going to hurt you because he has emotional/mental problems.

Get a protective order, this order will be granted by the courts immediately. The cops will then go serve this order on this guy, and if so much as violates it with a phone call, letter, text message, or comes within 500 feet of you his butt goes directly to jail.

If he continues to violate this order on the 1st time he can get up to 1 year in jail. the the 2nd 2 years, the 3rd year 2years, 4th time he can be sent to prison for up to 5 years. Judges don't take kindly to seeing these type of people get away with stalking. They can be very harsh on anyone who violates a protective order. If this person commits a violent act towards you while under a protective order it then becomes a federal offense and he can spend up to life in federal prison.

Sounds like the same thing I was in, this guy is a creep. Let the police know. You need to report him b4 things get out of hand.

Go up to him in person and say its over, there is no chance, etc. Just make sure you do in person because phones today are so impersonal, he probably doesnt believe it. If doesnt work, threaten him with a restraining order.... and if he doesnt lay off, get it enacted.

Advise him that you will get the law involved if he continues to harass you.(That's what he is doing) You also should tell your family whats going on so that if something happens to you they will have a clue where to send the law. Be care full and good luck.
