I have found some of my closest friends are the funniest people. Do you become funnier the fatter you get ? Does this mean we al have the really funny person inside us and we will get funnier the fatter we get ?

I don't think that you become funnier the fatter you get, but sometimes I think us fatties make jokes to try and make people like us more. I think that I have to have a personality bigger than my belly, so that people know me as "the funny one" not "the fat one"!!!
But I don't think you can generalise that much really.

um, no you dont get funnier the fatter you get. in general, it is more of a defensive thing. some people would prefer to be known as the "funny one" instead of the "fat one".

I think from not fitting into the norm of what society wants them to look like and somewhat being an outcast-they develop better personalitys,attitudes and joy of life. I've noticed that most fat people are friendlier.

I know of 1 funny fat person. And there are a lot of fat people in my school.

You don't really care about what people think of you because you're fat, so that makes them have no shame in what they say. They are fun people and usually have had very interesting experiences. But it is an interesting question.

If you gained five pounds this isntant, you wouldn't be any funnier.
I think it's just that fat people want others too see past their appearence. Not just look at them as "the fat guy", but as the "funny guy".

It's a defense mechanism to fit in. I feel sorry for most people who are overweight. Some can't help what is happening to them because it's in their genes.

C'mon man they can't help their looks so don't laugh at them. Unless you're behind a oneway mirror or something. Maybe in a car with tinted glass even. Then you can laugh till you cry and point and everything.
