Folding a draw sheet is very simple...you simply fold a regular flat sheet in half.

If you need more info, the sheet is then placed over the center of the bed. Tuck the edge under the mattress on the side where you are standing. Then go to the other side, pull the sheet taut and tuck it in there.also.

If you are using it on a bed occupied with a patient, you position the patient on one side of the bed, siderail up on that side...find the center of the draw sheet and fan fold the sheet for the side where the patient is lying. The other side of the draw sheet gets tucked under the mattress on the side of the bed where you are standing. Now, roll the patient over the fanfolds to the side of the bed you just tucked and after securing the bedrail, go to the other side of the bed, lower the bedrail and grab the edge of the drawsheet pulling it tight (pulling out the fan folds) and tuck it under the mattress for a smooth, tight finish. Then reposition the patient in the center of the bed. Rails up and you are finished after tucking in a top sheet.

I tried to find illustrations of this to make it clearer but was unable to find anything on line so I hope this helps.
