Shouldn't be a problem at all. Be sure your friend takes as much tank water with him/her as possible so the babies will have a more stable environment and tell your friend what you have been feeding the babies so they can continue getting the same food. They more info you share with your friend about your tank and fish the better off for the babies.

not really. you can let the fry out when they are too big to be eaten and as long as they have some where to hide when they feel threttened. dont let your friend take them home untill they are of a decent size and deffinetly not if she has fish that will eat them. 3 fry is a verry small number for a fish to have. a live barer (has live babbies) can have up to 100+ at one time

: ) hi. Yes, if they are going to a home with proper care. (tank, filtration, decor, food, water temp., dechlorination, etc.) Just remember to keep them away from other fish or they will be eaten. As long as she plans to get it the items it needs for a safe/happy life, I would let her.

I have 2 freshwater and one saltwater aquarium. I don't see why it wouldn't be ok to take one of them as long as you let her know what food is working for you and she sticks with it. Let her know a lot of things that you personally do that works for the particular kind of fish you're going to give her.
