If you park anywhere near there in the hotel or resturant parking lots they will tow you. Even if they only tow you once the entire year that one time probably could have paid for parking and your pass for the entire year.
Since you have an Annual Passport you can add on parking for $59 a year, so this pays for itself on the 6th visit. Only one person in the car needs this. So if you are going with a group get the parking on the pass for the person who goes the most. If you have not gotten your pass yet you can add it when you get it processed. If you already have your pass the next time you are there you can go to the Processing Center(Bank on Main Street) and add it then.
You can add it to any Annual Pass except Premium which already includes it.
Some people do park in Downtown Disney, but that only gets you 3 hours free, after that it is 6 dollars an hour.

You can add on parking for $59 a year.
At other times I went to Disneyland and didn't want to pay for parking I would park at Downtown Disney or the Disneyland hotel (just across the street )and get the parking ticket validated at one of the many shops or restaurants at the hotel.
Then you can take the monorail from the hotel into the park.
Although you will have to go back to your car every 3 hours and drive your car in again. this works best when you live near there and only want to visit the parks on short intervals.
If you like making a day out of it and are going to use your annual pass more than 6 times throughout the year you should spend the $59 on annual parking you only need to add it on to one pass no matter how many people are in the car.
The parking add on is available at the processing center located in the bank on main street when you first walk into the park
Have fun!
P.S. If you leave your car at the other hotels or the Denny's parking lot it will most likely be towed.

I do, but it's only for Cast Members...haha! =P
But um, you can add-on a parking pass to your annual passport...it's like $50. Worth it, if you'll be going alot. Or if you're planning to be there for only a few hours, you could always park out in the Downtown Disney parking lot...the first 3 hours is free, but you can get an additional 2 hours if you get the parking ticket stamped at any of the restraunts or the movie theater (in Downtown Disney).

On one of the main entrances (where the busses enter) there is a Denny's across the street. I cant remember the exact name of the street but if you park there or in the nearby hotel lots you can give yourself a couple of hours of free parking. Plus you'd rather eat at Denny's afterwards since it would be cheaper (and better) than the food there.
Or you can take the bus from a hotel near the vicinity and pay like $2.00

Pay the 59.00 it will pay itself off. And it's not worth the headache or gas to drive around looking for free parking. I have a pass to and live 30 min. away.

You can eat at the plaza inn. It is really nice there. Or if your daughter loves Minnie Mouse, you can eat at a place that has Minnie and other Disney characters. It is really cute. I hope this helped!
