it really depends how far along you are and where you live. i will call some clinics just for an estimate. i live in wisconsinand you have to have an appointment 24 hours before you can have an abortion, so you have to pay for a dr.'s vistit with ultrasound and everything like that plus the abortion itself (when i called it would have been about 300 + 500ish, $800 total). in minnesota you dont have to have a pre-appointment, but but it costs a little more for the actual appt., around $600. other places i called were anywhere from $450-800. I would really just look online for local places that give abortions and call them. ask them:
-price
-if you are required to bring someone with (i had to)
- if they give you medication while they do it if you think you will need it( i didnt get it because that stufff makes me even more sick. it hurt but the procedure only lasts 5 minutes tops.)
-if they provide birth control after and not just that day (if you can get more from them)
-and anything else you can think of so you are comfortable with it. please do not listen to people who say you shouldnt do this and all the other negative things. they are not in your situation. they have no clue what you are dealing with and how stressful the decision already is. just make sure you do research on it so you arent suprised what they do or what could happen. disregaurd the information anti-abortion sites give you. they are biased. if you question things like the statistics they give you just ask the doctor. they will tell you the truth. good luck.

if you are under 18 (17 or even 16 in some states) then you can not get an abortion without parental consent. check out the specific age in your state. there are 3 different kinds of abortions, but we won't even go into partial birth abortions because i can't even justify giving information on those. the best one is the medical abortion pill. it is only available to women under 8 weeks, as at 8 weeks when there is a heartbeat and the development has reached a certain point, it is not longer effective. the surgical abortion has to be done at the clinic, unlike the pill which can be done at home. it is done by actually dilating the cervix, going in and cleaning everything out of your uterus. the third option is only for very serious medical emergencies and involves violently killing a baby that has a good chance of living outside the womb. the cost runs between $300 and $1200, usually $400 for both procedures. Planned Parenthood has reserve funds for women who can not afford the procedures and can help pay the costs. Call 1-800-800-PLAN to find the Planned Parenthood nearest to you and to find out about what you need to do and what assistance you can get if needed. They also offer counseling pre and post-procedure and i highly reccomend taking it. There are a lot of things that can effect you badly even way after it's all done. Counseling can really help you deal with the aftermath of what is going on. And Planned Parenthood can also tell you whether or not you need parental consent in your state. If there is a legal way to do it without your parents knowing, they will help you find it. But with a surgical abortion you will need someone there to drive you home when you are done.

You are just asking for LIFERS with little sympathy to come on here and talk about murder, god, how terrible you are and they are very hateful. They will tell you that they pull arms and legs off which they found from a website that is mostly third world countries. Its propaganda. Most states do not allow late abortion so early abortion do not happen that way

No one can tell you just adopt its easier because maybe it wouldnt be. Maybe that child will come looking for you and you didnt really want that. You wil have just as much pain for years wondering what happened to them. They could end up abused or even have a terrible life. This is a mute point though because people will come back and say AT least you gave them a life to live

Your best best is too Call Planned Parenthood and ask them. They will not past judgement on you like these people who have no room to say anything

I will say there are pro-life people who I respect. You will find very few on here but they give a opinion and are respectful

Just forget this place and call Planned Parethood or a free clinic

You do not deserve the abuse

I can't in good conscience tell you that, any more than I would tell a husband how much it would cost to hire a hitman to bump off his wife. If you or someone you know is considering abortion, please make sure you have all the facts:

I shelled out @ $450 and wished I never did it. The price can be more or less depending on how for along you are. But I have been paying mentally since I did it. Be very sure that abortion is what you really want. And talk it over with close friends, relatives, or other women that have done it before you decide to do it

Have you looked at other options? Like Adoption ?? There are over 5000 couples on the waiting list to adopt children but only a hand full go through. you get to choose the family ,have visits and live the rest of your life knowing you have made a selfless desition. Beleive me there are better options than Abortion. Just think about those people that can never have the joy of falling pregnant abd usally thier the ones that deserve it more.

Honey,
Do not listen to all these bi*ch** and men telling you not to have an abortion. There ignorant. 1st of all your not killing your baby. Its not a baby until it 5months and up. 2nd all go to plan parent hood and it should be any were from $300 to $600.00. Then no one in this world has the right to tell you what you can and not do with your body. And no one knows the situation your in. So honey don't let no one change your mind. Just don't listen to negative people

Please do not abort your child. It is smart of you to know or not if you can raise the child, but there is adoption. There are many parents out there who want children. Think it through because it is horrible how they abort a human and yes, it is a human. they pull the baby out by the legs and while the head is still inside of you (so it can't breathe, therefore they don't have to call it alive yet) they crush its skull. Can you handle having your baby, a part of you, killed while inside of you? What if your mom had done that to you? Please think and pray first. I wish you luck.

the money that you spend will be nothing compared to the horror of killing an innocent baby. i was 20 when i found out i was pregnant. I even called the abortion clinics and asked around. but i backed out. i just couldnt live with myself. and i'm soooo happy i didnt because i never thought i could love someone like i love my daughter. everything i thought i was going to miss out on doesnt even interest me anymore. if you need to talk to someone about this just detail your question. I'll be your friend. DONT HAVE AN ABORTION. it is a mistake. Please believe me. You dont see it now, but you will.
