$1 bill with some names on it from 1993?

Does anybody know a Patrice Maria Cokely, or a Nancy Coker? I got a dollar bill the other day with their names on it dated 2-9-93. It appears as if the bill was given as a gift to a child or something. If I can find them, I'll give back, otherwise It's going towards the next six-pack...
