I want a good cell phone that price ranges from 250-300 and that looks stilish.Oh, I also want an expansion slot and at LEAST a 1.3 megapixel camera. I don't want smartphones.Neither the K790. Can you help me?

My service provider is Telcel (Mexico). But I don't think it would be a problem. I buy it in the U.S and put the Telcel chip here.

Ratings of top cell phone manufacturers (according to a composite rating of JD Power, Telephia, and Consumer Reports):
1. Samsung
2. Sony Ericsson
3. LG
4. Sanyo (CDMA only, won't take SIM cards)
5. Motorola
6. UTStarcom/Audiovox (CDMA only, won't take SIM cards)
7. Nokia
8. Kyocera (CDMA only, won't take SIM cards)
That being said, you will need to buy a GSM phone. Each brand above (except Sanyo/UTStarcom/Kyocera as noted) makes both GSM and CDMA phones... GSM are the only ones that will work in Mexico. The US providers that run on GSM service (and use GSM phones) are Cingular/AT&T and T-Mobile. If you buy a Verizon, Sprint, Amp'd, Helio, Qwest, Alltel, or other CDMA phone, you'll have spent a lot of money for a phone that won't work.
I'd recommend the Samsung A707/SYNC offered by Cingular, it's the one I use and the top of the line (outside the PDA/Smartphone category). It has a 2 MP camera, sports a MicroSD/TransFlash expansion card slot, and looks dang sweet.

I would go with the Krzr. It is Motorolla which means it gets great service, it has camera, Mp3, digital recording, and al of those great features. It now even comes in other colors. DO NOT GET samsung or LG phones, inmy experience they get horrible service... even the expensive ones. I would definately get a good Motorolla phone, or even a blackberry. They make them really small now so they don't eve look like smart phones.
