How is watching child porn a victimless crime?

Some libertarians i have spoken to have said that owning child porn should not be illegal, but tell me this , doesn't demand increase the supply produced?

Libertarians don't concern themselves with obligations of a government toward it's citizens - such as the protection of children from exploitation.
Their only concern is that the government be reduced to a pitiful shell that takes no money from their pockets.

In this situation, everyone is the victim. The problem with libertarians is they see the world from ONLY their own point of view.
