I don't think there is a "season" because they are not cold water lobsters, they're Caribbean spiny lobsters you get down there.

If you like Lobster you gotta try Lorenzillos. It's not cheap but totally worth it, especially for a romantic dinner. Book in advance and request a table over the water. They also do excellent conch (several different ways) and their Margueritas are to die for!

I have eaten there in May and December and no difference for the quality, size and freshness of the seafood.
