No, but some people did once.
I was in Las Vegas and pretty drunk.
I walked over to the ATM and punched in my number.
When money came out I jumped up and down shouting "Woo Hoo! I WON!!"
They just looked at me for a few seconds then burst out laughing.
It took them a while.

An atm machine can't laugh, unless someone programmed it to. if it laughted at you, it was a practical joke someone played on you.

haha no but that's a REALLY funny question. If it could laugh, I'm sure it would've laughed at me in my younger days...back when I would put $2 worth of gas in my car...haha
