Ok, if i were to choose the name Aeriel, i would spell it Ariel. Personally that name would not be at the top of my list, but it is still a very cute name. It reminds me of Ariel the mermaid!- and i used to love watching that movie. and sweetie, dont worry about what the public thinks, all that matters is if you like the name. When you have a child you and your hubby can choose how to spell it and will be perfectly happy with what you choose! Thanx, and i hope i help!!! ~Gladys~

Ariel is a more common spelling. Aeriel might have people asking questions about why you spelled it that way.
It's a very cute name.

Just remember that uniquely spelled names turn into a spelling lesson.
What is your name, "Aeriel".
No, "A-e-r-i-e-l".
I have a surname that I don't even pronounce anymore. I just spell it. Very annoying

I personally don't like Ariel at all, too much of a Disney stereotype. But I did like the suggestion of Ariella. That's really pretty, and she could be called Ella for short.

I like the name but prefer to spell it Arielle. I also knew a girl named Ariella once. Very pretty.
