Ok, my today I was in the locker room, and we were changing out of our P.E outfits, when Lauren commented on my hollister outfit ( I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt from Hollister) I said that I loved Hollister, and she said that all of the clothes are made from little kids in sweatshops that are underpaid in Asian countries. Or course, because of my obsession with Japan it made me angry, but enough of that. What I want to know is if it is true, I know that Nike only pays like three cents for their shoes. Anyways, thanks for your answers, and I really hope that this isn't true.....

Ya it is true Hollister and Abercrombie they all pay less then a nickel for their shirts. Plus Those clothes are for wannabes anyway and people think that about people who wear these brands. And Wal Mart isn't the Problem the Problem is the countries that make the clothes don't charge enough for their servies. If they would just charge more, then these clothes sotres would just have to stay in the US

No, I don't think that all of Hollister's clothing is made by poor children in Asia. It's Gap that's the problem. Oh, and Wal-Mart. Ugh! I HATE that store! It's fine, if you want to shop at Hollister, go feel free to shop at Hollister! I LOVE Hollister!

most hollister clothes are made in the phillipines and the factories probably don't have great conditions but not as "Lauren" described them

she probably ment an asian country like cambodia or something. if you knew anything about "japan" besides anime you'd know that its the thirs wealtiest country in the world so thats probably not true.. everything made is made for cheap.so some little asian or eastern european or african kid is making it for like 2 dollars.

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of! I love Hollister! Don't let Lauren tell you how to dress. It seems to me she might just be jealous. :)
